For those of you who are new to the village, the Village Hall Social Committee hosts a Christmas Tea in the Village Hall every year which is open to all residents over the age of 60 free of charge.
A tea of sandwiches, savouries and dessert is served and of course mulled wine and mince pies, accompanied by carols performed by the Shenington School Choir.
This year the Tea will be held on Friday 6th December at 3.15pm. and it would be lovely to see you.
The Shenington Green sends out the latest news, alerts and information via a secure email service. The service is invaluable to the community and keeps you up to date with information within the village.
Twice a year a paper and electronic copy of the Shenington Green is published. This contains lots of local information, articles and information about local businesses. Further information and contact details can be found here.
Our fabulous village fete will be held on the village green on Saturday 13th July 2019.
There will be lots of stalls, a bouncy castle and lots of fun for all.
